Who is responsible
Guillaume Leleu, sole trader, SIRET 88324147300015, email contact@guillaumeleleu.fr, is the controller of personal data collected on this site.
What is collected
The contact form collects: name, email address, project type, estimated budget, preferred timeline, message, language of the page, IP address, and the date of sending. These details are stored in a database hosted in Europe (Infomaniak) so that Guillaume Leleu can reply.
No account is created. There is no newsletter. There is no advertising tracker.
Why, and on what legal basis
Data is used only to handle your request and, if relevant, to start a professional relationship. The legal basis is legitimate interest and, where a project is discussed, pre-contractual steps.
How long it is kept
Contact messages are kept for up to three years after the last exchange, then deleted, unless a longer period is required (for example an ongoing contract or a legal obligation).
Cookies
A strictly necessary session cookie (PHP session) is used to protect the contact form against abuse. It is not used for advertising or audience measurement. No consent banner is required for this cookie.
Recipients
Guillaume Leleu is the only recipient. The hosting provider (Infomaniak) stores the site and the database. Data is not sold, rented, or shared with partners for marketing.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, and the portability of your data, by writing to contact@guillaumeleleu.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
